Subaru Recall Preformed
As I announced a few months ago Subaru recalled all 2002 automatic transmissions due to a defect in the parking rod. Subaru did an excellent job of notifying me of the recall sending me two letters detailing the problem and several emails. I recently had the recall work done at my local subaru dealership with no problems. It took the mechanic about two hours. The only problem was that transmission oil was spilt on the engine which caused a vial smell for a few days after the work. Considering Dave’s experience with Audi and their recall I feel very grateful.
